I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Venice and easy to find from the water taxi, which was a big plus. However, the room was quite basic with only a window, though the bed was comfortable. The small bathroom was a bit cramped. The service was decent, but some additional amenities like a paid airport shuttle would have been convenient. The dining offered Dutch products but was not included. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some improvements.
This hotel had a fantastic location in the heart of Venice, close to main attractions and within walking distance of many sights. The rooms were cozy, with only a bed by the window and their own very small bathroom, offering basic facilities. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping and convenient shops/commercial services available, though paid airport shuttle was a downside. The dining included some delicious salads, and the facilities were well-maintained.
